First, different people may have different choices on the day when they choose to worship Guanyin.

On the one hand, some people may choose an auspicious day with reference to the Gregorian calendar, thinking that worshipping Guanyin on this day will bring good luck.

On the other hand, some people do not emphasize the choice of dates, because Buddhism does not mention that choosing a good day to burn incense must be more auspicious than going to the temple on other days.

Second, from the Buddhist point of view, Guanyin Bodhisattva is merciful and never rests in the Three Realms. As long as you sincerely pray to the Bodhisattva, your wishes will be fulfilled.

Therefore, whenever you worship Guanyin, the real key is to raise your sincere confidence and correct understanding of Buddhism in your heart.

Thirdly, from the traditional point of view, some specific dates are considered to be more auspicious. For example, six fasting days, ten fasting days and three important anniversaries of Guanyin Bodhisattva.

The 8th, 14, 15, 23rd, 29th and 30th days of the lunar calendar (28th and 29th days of abortion).

October is the first, eighth, fourteenth, fifteenth, eighteenth, twenty-third, twenty-fourth, twenty-eighth, twenty-ninth and thirtieth day of the first lunar month.

Generally speaking, choosing when to worship Guanyin mainly depends on your personal destiny, beliefs and habits. No matter which day you choose, as long as you are sincere, it is a good day to worship Guanyin.

The efficacy of Guanyin Bodhisattva often varies from person to person. Guanyin statues enshrined in different temples may give people different feelings and experiences.

In China, there are many avalokitesvara Dojo that are highly respected by the majority of believers and even spread overseas.

For example, Guanyin in Xiqiao Mountain in the South China Sea is by far the largest bronze statue of Guanyin in the world. There are two famous Guanyin Dojo in Suining City, Sichuan Province, one is guangde temple and the other is Lingquan Temple. The latter is praised by the people as "the hometown of Guanyin in China", with a flourishing incense and a well-known reputation.

Besides, Bugu Temple in Wutai Mountain, Fusang Temple in Putuo Mountain and Huazang Temple in Emei Mountain are also one of the most effective temples in China. Guanyin Temple in Nanshan Temple in Sanya, Lingguang Temple in Beijing, Kannonji Temple in Nanhai and Yun Xiang Temple are also highly respected.
