Apply for qualification

The application for the K \m \o condition is in accordance with the notices of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Transport, the Notice of the Ministry of Water Resources and Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Printing and Distributing the Provisions on the Professional Qualification System for Supervision Engineers and the Implementation Measures for the Professional Qualification Examination for Supervision Engineers (No.3 of the Ministry of Water Resources [2020]), and the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Matters Related to Reducing or Cancelling the Working Years Requirements for Partial Admission to the Professional Qualification Examination (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2022]8 The registration level is divided into three categories: unified examination, exemption from examination and additional majors.

(1) Inspection of general conditions

Anyone who abides by the Constitution, laws and regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC), has good professional quality and moral conduct, and meets one of the following conditions may apply for taking the professional qualification examination for supervision engineers:

1. Have a college degree in various engineering majors (or higher vocational education) and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other business work for 4 years;

2. Obtain a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision and design for 3 years;

3. Obtain a master's degree or professional degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision and design for 2 years;

4. Have a doctorate in engineering, management science and engineering.

(2) two subjects are exempt from examination.

Have one of the following conditions, to participate in the supervision engineer professional qualification examination can be exempted from basic subjects:

1. has obtained the qualification certificate of highway and waterway engineering supervision engineer;

2 has obtained the qualification certificate of water conservancy project construction supervision engineer.

(3) increase the professional conditions

Those who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of supervision engineer and signed up for other professional subjects can be exempted from the basic subjects.

(four) working years and related professional requirements

(5) Applications from residents of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Note: The basic theories and relevant laws and regulations of construction project contract management and construction project supervision are basic disciplines; Target Control of Construction Engineering and Case Analysis of Construction Engineering Supervision are professional subjects, which are divided into civil engineering, traffic engineering and water conservancy engineering. The applicant can choose one of them according to the actual work needs.

Test scores and qualification standards

(A) examination results query and management

1. The test results are scheduled to be released before the end of July 2023. Candidates can log on to China Personnel Testing Network to check the results.

2. The supervision engineer's professional qualification examination results shall be managed in a rolling way, with a period of four years. Those who take the four-course exam (with scores of kē) shall pass all the subjects in four consecutive exam years, take two-course exams (with scores of two subjects) and meet the basic subjects of exemption, and shall pass the corresponding subjects in two consecutive exam years before obtaining the certificate of conformity. Personnel who have obtained the professional qualification certificate of supervision engineer can sign up for other professional subjects (level plus major), and can be exempted from the basic subjects. If they pass the corresponding examination subjects for two consecutive examination years, they can obtain the corresponding professional examination certificate as the basis for increasing the professional category when signing up.

(2) Qualification criteria

According to the Notice of the General Office of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Relevant Issues Concerning the Implementation of Relatively Fixed Qualification Standards for 33 zhān Professional and Technical Personnel, since 2022, the gūng Professional Qualification Examination for Supervision Engineers has been implemented with relatively fixed qualification standards, and the qualification standards for all subjects are 60% of the full marks in the test paper. According to the relevant provisions or special circumstances, it is necessary to change, adjust or otherwise determine the examination eligibility criteria, and further notice will be given.
