What are the seventh grade physical education examination items in Yanji?

The physical examination items for boys and girls in Grade One of Senior High School are the same, and the examination items consist of two parts: classroom examination items and centralized examination items.

In-class exams include skill sets such as accurate football kicking, one-handed shoulder shooting in basketball, and lower (upper) hand serving in volleyball (one of the three options of football, basketball and volleyball). The centralized examination items include solid ball, 50-meter running, football dribbling back and forth, basketball dribbling around the pole, and volleyball front hand pads (one of the three items of football basketball volleyball). In order to strengthen the healthy growth of students' body and mind, the school strongly supports students to carry out physical exercise, so that students can develop morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically.
