According to Manjusri Bodhisattva's auspicious day of tonsure (haircut), the tenth day of the first lunar month is the place of birth after death, the cause and effect of becoming a Buddha, the country name, the Buddha name and so on. For ordinary people, this day's haircut can't be said to be a good thing or a bad thing. It is best to choose grade one, grade three, grade four, grade seven and grade eight.
