Why not go home for a week before and after you leave?

In daily life, people will pay attention to auspicious days when traveling. Then when can I go out for the New Year? What should I avoid before I leave? The following small series will introduce the precautions for everyone, and I hope it will be useful to everyone!

In the old society, on the third day, pine and cypress branches were burned together with the janitor's note hanging on the festival to show that the New Year had passed and it was time to start business. As the saying goes, "if you burn the janitor's paper, one will seek physiology."

In the early years, it was Tianqing Festival. The court festival in the Song Dynasty, the first year of Song Zhenzong Dazhong Xiangfu, was spread all over the world because of the gobbledygook, so Zhenzong issued an imperial edict, which designated the third day of the first month as Tianqing Festival, and officials and others had five days off. Later, it was called Xiaonian Dynasty, which did not sweep the floor, beg for fire or draw water, just like the old dynasty.

The third day of each month is called "off-year dynasty", also known as "Red Dog Day". Legend has it that "Red Dog" is an "angry god", and people who meet him will have bad luck, so the third day is an "unlucky day" and it is not suitable for going out. It is said that people will quarrel with them on the third day of New Year's greetings, so they don't pay New Year's greetings. In addition, the word "red" means "extreme poverty", so people will offend the "red dog" and bring poverty if they don't treat guests on this day. So it's best to stay at home this day and don't visit relatives and friends. However, modern society has broken these feudal superstitions and everything has been forgiven.

According to legend, this day is the day when mice get married. After nightfall, you should turn off the lights and go to bed early so that the mice can hold a wedding. And spread salt and rice all over the room, calling it "mouse sharing money". As for the story of "mouse getting married", it may be because the third day is "Red Dog Day" and everything is inappropriate. To ward off evil spirits, going to bed early is an excuse.

Moreover, from the Spring Festival to the second day of junior high school, I was busy for a while. If I don't go to bed early, I'm afraid I'll lose my strength and I won't be able to finish other things. As for the Chinese New Year's ballad: "The first day is early, the second day is early, and the third day is full of sleep", which means that the third day is not only Red Dog Day, but also a busy day. On the third day, it finally came to an end. You can get up late to make up for the sleep of the previous two days and stay healthy for a long time.

The third day of the first month is the day when Nu Wa herded sheep, so it is called "Sheep Day". On this day, people cannot kill sheep. If the weather is good, it means that sheep will be raised well and sheep farmers will have a good harvest this year.

In the court of the Song Dynasty, the third day of the first month was the "Tianqing Festival". According to legend, in the first year of Song Zhenzong Dazhong Xiangfu, the gobbledygook came to the world, so Zhenzong issued a letter, and the third day of the first month was designated as Tianqing Festival, and officials waited for five days off. Later, it was also called Xiaonianchao. On this day, there was no sweeping the floor, no begging for fire, no drawing water, just like in the previous year.

In the traditional culture of Han people, they don't go out on the third day. Senior one and senior two have been busy for two days, and senior three is the welfare of many housewives, so they can stay at home aboveboard on this day.
