Yi people's customs are dress, diet and hospitality.

Generally, Yi men's wear is double-breasted, short-sleeved clothes and trousers, while women's wear is long gown, medium robe, short-sleeved clothes and coat vest. As long as the guests arrive, they will kill animals to entertain them. According to the identity and closeness of visitors, they can be divided into cattle, sheep, pigs and chickens.
