At noon on July 19, several of our caring volunteers gathered in Xingren and rushed to Madian School. After about two hours' trek, we finally arrived at Madian School around 16. We are not nannies, we are not simply helping children finish their homework, and we should not be led by children. When we get along with children, we should be their good friends and establish a certain prestige at the same time. Every teacher should have a lesson preparation process before each compulsory education. How to make full use of two hours to guide and review according to the children's learning intensity, so that children can have a correct understanding of their lives. Of course, it is more arranged according to the actual situation. But I don't rely entirely on children's questions, and I help with my homework without any planning and preparation.

3. Punctuality:

Teachers in Xinyuan should pay attention to punctuality. Don't keep the children waiting in the classroom. Something is delayed, contact the teacher on duty in time. The class hours of the staff apartment are not restricted by the opening of the park. On the basis of maintaining the teaching time of two hours per week, you can negotiate with your child to change the class time, but remember to inform the team leader or the teacher on duty to facilitate attendance. Considering the safety problem, it is also convenient for the teaching and research group to follow up. I suggest you come at the specified time.

3. Attendance problem:

Attendance, not that I don't believe you, just makes the teaching work of the teaching team better. Everyone will be absent from class for many reasons, such as busy studying, other work in the club, physical discomfort, temporary unavailability and so on. But I didn't communicate well with my children and parents, and I didn't inform the teacher on duty. The influence is very bad. This is related to our personal responsibility, to our image, and to the overall image and reputation of the teaching team. I hope everyone will pay attention to this. Be careful when taking leave, contact parents and children, and inform the team leader or the teacher on duty. Be sure to inform the cadres of the long-term leave, and we will find a way to solve it in time.

4, teaching follow-up questions:

As the main person in charge, I am deeply sorry that I did not take the initiative to implement and improve the follow-up in teaching. The school is particularly enthusiastic about our four teaching college students. However, because most teachers are ethnic minorities, they are not very good at mastering Chinese, let alone computers, and some teachers just know nothing, so it is a pity that the resources department can make full use of it. Usually, teachers in the office always ask us for help, make a form for them, download something or print materials. In this process, I learned a lot, and I can basically operate it skillfully.
