Foshan Statutory Maternity Leave 2023 New Regulations

Maternity leave for female employees in Foshan: 98 days +80 days bonus leave = 178 days; Cesarean section leave for female employees: 98 days of natural delivery+30 days of caesarean section+80 days of incentive leave =208 days. Paternity leave for male employees is 15 days.

I. Days of maternity leave in Foshan:

Maternity leave for female employees:

1, natural delivery: 98 days of natural delivery+80 days of incentive leave = 178 days;

2. Caesarean section: 98 days of natural delivery+30 days of Caesarean section+80 days of incentive leave =208 days.

Maternity leave for male employees: paternity leave 15 days.

Second, Foshan maternity leave regulations:

(1) Maternity leave:

Natural delivery: 98 days;

Dystocia (caesarean section, third degree perineal rupture): increased by 30 days;

Suction delivery, forceps delivery and breech traction delivery: 15 days;

Multiple births: every birth 1 baby, more births 15 days.

Abortion within 2 months of pregnancy: 15 days;

Pregnant for more than 2 months and aborted for less than 4 months: 30 days;

Pregnant for more than 4 months (including 4 months) to less than 7 months: 45 days;

After more than 7 months of pregnancy, stillbirth and premature delivery will not survive: 75 days.

Note: If the insured dies due to childbirth, the leave for enjoying maternity allowance shall be calculated according to 15 days before childbirth and the actual days from postpartum to death.

(two) family planning operation holiday:

Take out the IUD: 2 days;

Placement of IUD: 3 days;

Tubal ligation: 30 days;

Vasectomy: 10 days;

Tubal or vas deferens recanalization operation: 14 days.

Note: If the above two kinds of birth control operations are performed at the same time, the holidays will be counted together.

(3) Couples who have children in compliance with relevant laws and regulations:

Incentive leave for women: 80 days;

Paternity leave for men: 15 days.
