How can I just sing?

Beginners can practice singing as follows:

Try to do a simple "ahhh" gas-consuming exercise, exhale the gas evenly and slowly with the sound of "ahhh", and repeat it many times until the rear muscles relax.

Remember not to hold your breath when you pronounce this sound. The purpose is to let the air spit out generously and make your body look lazy and passive.
