When will Xuchang Hengdayue Longtai Phase II deliver the house?

Xuchang Hengda Yuelongtai Phase II was originally planned to be completed at 5438+00 at the end of June 2022. However, on the morning of May 22nd, three projects, namely Evergrande Yuelan Bay, Evergrande Hushan Peninsula and Evergrande Yuelongtai, held a project promotion meeting. At the meeting, the construction representative made clear the delivery time: the first phase of Hengda Yuelan Bay was completed on August 30, 2023, and the second phase was completed on June 30, 2024. Hushan Peninsula will be completed and delivered by the end of 2023, and Yuelongtai Project will be completed and delivered by the end of August 2023.
