According to the Implementation Measures of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination (OrderNo. 140 of the Ministry of Justice) and Announcement No.5 of the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China, the national unified legal professional qualification examination of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in 2020 is hereby announced as follows.

I. Registration conditions

(a) meet the following conditions, you can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:

1. has the nationality of the people of China;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and enjoy the right to vote and stand for election;

3. Have good political, professional quality and moral conduct;

4. Have full capacity for civil conduct;

5. Have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities and have a master's degree or above in law, have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities and have been engaged in legal work for three years.

Before the implementation of the Measures for the Implementation of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination, graduates with bachelor's degree or above in law major in institutions of higher learning who have obtained their school status (test scores) or corresponding qualifications, or graduates with bachelor's degree or above in non-law major in institutions of higher learning with legal professional knowledge, can sign up for the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.

Counties, county-level cities and districts under the jurisdiction of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (except those under the jurisdiction of Urumqi) can relax the application conditions for academic qualifications to undergraduate degrees in colleges and universities.

Full-time undergraduate graduates (including junior college graduates, the same below) from ordinary universities and military academies in 20021year and graduates with the same academic qualifications from current master's degree can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2020.

Undergraduate graduates in 2020 who have completed their studies but have not yet obtained academic degree certificates and those who are continuing education (including online education, adult education, open university, etc.). You can sign up for the 2020 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.

Those who take the self-study examination for higher education, who have obtained all the qualified scores in a single subject before September 30, 2020 and obtained this year's graduation certificate, can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination in 2020.

(2) Persons under any of the following circumstances shall not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:

1. Having received criminal punishment for intentional crime;

2. Being expelled from public office or having his lawyer's practice certificate or notary's practice certificate revoked;

3. The legal professional qualification certificate has been revoked;

4. You may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination within two years or you may not sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination (national judicial examination) for life;

5. Being identified as the joint disciplinary object of dishonesty by the relevant state units due to serious dishonesty and incorporated into the national credit information sharing platform;

6. Being banned from legal occupational therapy for life due to other circumstances.

If a person under any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has gone through the registration formalities, the registration shall be invalid; Those who have already taken the exam will have invalid test results.

Those who have obtained Class A legal professional qualification certificates may not sign up for the 2020 legal professional qualification examination.

(3) If the scores of objective questions in the 2065438+09 legal professional qualification examination reach the national unified qualified score line or relax the qualified score line, the qualified score line will be valid in the 2020 legal professional qualification examination. 5. Other materials required by the judicial administrative organ. Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary colleges and military academies in 20021year and recent graduates with the same academic qualifications should sign the Commitment Letter for Recent Graduates when registering online. Those who take the self-study examination of higher education and obtain all the qualified scores in one subject and this year's graduation certificate before September 30, 2020, fill in the declaration of qualified scores in one subject when registering online, and sign the certificate of qualified scores in one subject on the registration system from June 10 to June 19; If you don't sign after the deadline, the registration will be invalid and the admission ticket will not be printed.

If the applicant fills in false information or defrauds the registration by other means, the judicial administrative organ will deal with it in accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination and other regulations.

(3) Pay the examination fee and choose the registration place.

In 2020, the charging standard for the national unified legal professional qualification objective examination in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region will be 142 yuan. In 2020, there will be 10 national unified legal professional qualification examination areas in the whole region, namely Urumqi, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Karamay, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Yili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, Hami, Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, Aksu, Kashi and Hotan. Among them, Turpan candidates take the exam in Urumqi test area; Candidates from Tacheng, Altay and Kuitun took the exam in Karamay. Candidates from Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture took the exam in Kashgar.

(5) Examination contents and subjects

Third, subjective testing.

Full-time undergraduate graduates from ordinary institutions of higher learning and military academies in 20021year and fresh graduates with equivalent academic qualifications who passed the national unified subjective and objective examinations for legal professional qualifications in 2020 shall apply to the judicial administrative organ for granting legal professional qualifications with graduation certificates and other materials within the prescribed time limit. The scope of application and management of the legal professional qualification certificate shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Justice, the people's courts, the people's procuratorates and other departments.

After the subjective test results are published, candidates who have objections to the test results may submit a written application for score verification to the judicial administrative organ of the registration place within 15 days from the date of publication of the test results.

(4) Before the promulgation of the relevant provisions on the organization and implementation of the national unified legal professional qualification examination, the relevant provisions of the former national judicial examination shall apply.

(5) The Outline of the National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination in 2020 formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice can be used as the basis for candidates to prepare for the exam. The Ministry of Justice and local judicial administrative organs do not hold pre-test training courses, nor do they entrust any unit with pre-test training and counseling for the 2020 national unified legal professional qualification examination.
