Personally, I think it would be more reliable for Zhang Tianshi to ask the Taoist priest not to shave his head after meeting the emperor shunzhi, because the emperor shunzhi was still young at that time, and it was normal for him to agree to Zhang Tianshi's request when facing two people of the same age, Zhang Tianshi.
