For those college students' innovation and entrepreneurship teams introduced after/kloc-0 in 2020 who settle in Huzhou to start businesses, they will be given 500,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan and 1 10,000 yuan of innovation and entrepreneurship start-up funds respectively according to Class A, Class B and Class C, and 50% will be paid in two installments within five years (in which, the enterprise will pay after employees pay social insurance/kloc/month, and the maximum amount will be 50,000 yuan. If the innovation and entrepreneurship projects are settled in this area, the municipal and district finance shall bear it according to the ratio of 3:7; Settled in the county seat, the county finance shall bear the full amount.

2. Teams that have made outstanding contributions to the economic and social development of our city or achieved remarkable results are recommended to apply for talent training projects such as "South Taihu Elite Plan".

3. College students who are employed as a team can enjoy subsidies such as buying a house, settling down, renting a house, and obtaining employment according to the Opinions of Huzhou Municipal People's Government on Implementing the Strategy of Strengthening the City with Talents in the New Era and Serving Huzhou's High-quality Catch-up and Development (No.8 [2020] of Hu Wei Fa).

4. If the intermediary agency introduces the innovative and entrepreneurial team of college students, it will be funded by 5% of the amount of the introduced team, which will be allocated in two phases. The allocation time is the same as in Article 1 of this clause.

In order to introduce and reserve a group of high-level talents with development potential and help Huzhou catch up and develop with high quality, after research, it is decided to launch the 202 1 Huzhou high-level talent recruitment plan for public institutions. First, the local profile.

Huzhou is a national historical and cultural city with a history of more than 4,700 years of civilization and a history of more than 2,300 years of city construction. Huzhou is one of the most economically active, socially harmonious and ecologically beautiful areas in the Yangtze River Delta. It is also the ecological green heart, lakeside garden, human settlement model and entrepreneurial paradise of the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration. "I have traveled all over the beautiful land of Jiangnan, and I have only lived in Huzhou in my life." This is not only the Yuan Dynasty poet Dai's praise of Huzhou's most livable environment, but also a true portrayal of Huzhou's ecology today. Facing the epidemic situation in COVID-19, the epidemic intelligence control index ranks 1 in Zhejiang. Huzhou's comprehensive talent development index ranks third in Zhejiang Province, among which the talent development potential index ranks first, the talent development status index ranks second and the talent innovation contribution index ranks third.
