Buddhism demands that these unnecessary family concerns be cut off; The third is to distinguish other sects in India. At that time, India was full of sects. But when people see a bald head, they know it's a Buddhist. Later, shaving became a Buddhist ceremony.

"The Emperor's Supreme Jade Book" says: "What is the so-called right path? China people, living in heaven and earth, have the meaning of heaven and earth, and have a good appearance and sound. His teachings are no different, he dare not speak without the words of the former king, and there is no translation under the guise of words. Don't take it differently, unless you take the method of the former king, you dare not take it. The yellow emperor's clothes are known as the crown of the yellow emperor, and they are not ruined, and their parents who are suffering from skin and skin dare not damage them. Filial piety begins. Those who get their way, Bai Risheng, go to the sky to show their parents, and the end of filial piety. " Disguising and changing clothes is a big no-no. The ancients in China paid attention to the fact that hair was a part of the body, and their parents dared not damage it, and even left a beard. When the Manchu entered the customs, they forced the Han people to shave their heads and braid their hair. The purpose is to enslave the Han people spiritually. To this end, they also shouted "leave hair without leaving head, leave head without leaving hair", creating Jiading Three Slaughters and Yangzhou Ten Days. It can be seen that hair plays an important role in the hearts of the ancients. Taoism is a native religion in China, and naturally it has inherited this point. Buddhism is a foreign religion, but it is the opposite.
