Idle speed control of EFI engine is controlled by automobile computer. Troubleshooting idle speed control needs the help of automobile computer diagnostic instrument (decoder). Check the throttle opening in the data stream and adjust it with the computer. If it cannot be adjusted, it may be that the idle speed control motor of the throttle body is faulty and needs to be replaced with a new one. You can also try the throttle body directly with a new one, or you can directly troubleshoot it.
