Why does coke machine only produce syrup without water?

The reason why coke machine only produces syrup but not water;

1. There is too much gas in the carbonization tank of the coke machine, which makes it impossible for water to enter. In this case, the gas cylinder should be closed first, then the beverage should be kept until there is no gas in the beverage, and then the gas cylinder should be opened;

2. The water filter is blocked, which causes the coke machine to be unable to drain normally. Confirm that the water source is normal and the water filter is not blocked, unplug the power supply and re-power.

3. The water pump is not started or working abnormally. Check whether the pump works normally or whether the pump head is stuck.

Functions of each system of coke machine:

1, water filtration system

The city tap water is filtered by a filter to produce treated water that can be directly drunk, and then it enters a carbonizer to produce carbonated water after cooling.

2. Carbon dioxide system

After the CO2 gas is depressurized, two pressures are provided in the current regulating system: one is high-pressure supply to the carbonator to form carbonated water, and the other is low-pressure supply to the syrup for pushing. Capacity table (representing the pressure of the gas cylinder), if the pressure is lower than 400PSI, the secondary pressure relief valve of the gas cylinder needs to be replaced (the pressure of syrup barrel/syrup bag), and it is set at the primary pressure relief valve (the pressure of carbonator) of 40-60PSI.

3. Syrup system

The syrup is supplied in stainless steel syrup barrels and syrup bags, and powered by CO2. The standard capacity of syrup barrel is 5 gallons (18.9 liters), and the standard capacity of syrup bag is 20 liters. There are two marked interfaces at the top of the syrup barrel, one is the syrup outlet and the other is the CO2 inlet.

4. Carbonization system

The filtered water is pressurized by a carbonization pump, fully cooled by a coil in an ice water tank, and then mixed with carbon dioxide in a carbonization tank to form carbonated water. Carbonated water is pushed to the valve head by the high-pressure CO2 in the carbonization cylinder, and is distributed in proportion to make carbonated drinks.

5. Refrigeration system

The refrigeration system of the existing machine is mainly composed of compressor, condenser, evaporator coil, stirring device, ice probe and electronic control board. Its working process: the evaporator coil is immersed in the water tank. When the compressor works and the refrigerant expands in the evaporator coil, it absorbs a lot of heat from the water and forms an ice plate with a thickness of 3-5cm on the surface of the evaporator coil, thus ensuring the temperature in the water tank to be 0 degrees Celsius.

In this way, the water coil, syrup coil and carbonization cylinder immersed in the sink can obtain the required refrigeration capacity. When the ice probe detects that the ice layer is thick enough, the electronic control panel controls the compressor to stop working. When the ice plate is worn at the peak of soda use and the probe detects that the ice layer thickness is insufficient, the electric control panel controls the compressor to start and start refrigeration to rebuild the ice plate, thus repeatedly ensuring the qualified temperature of the beverage.

6. Distribution system

When the valve is opened, carbonated water and syrup cooled in the ice water tank begin to mix at the valve mouth of the dispensing valve, and then further mix in the cup to form the beverage. The distribution valve is equipped with a regulator, which can adjust the flow of syrup and water, and the syrup with the required proportion can be obtained through adjustment.
