Rethinking on the relationship between sanyang and yangyang.

Yin San is Taiyin, Shaoyin and Jueyin, and Sanyang is Sun, Shaoyang and Yangming.

Three yang correspond to each other.

The concept of Yin San Yang should come from six qi: Jueyin Feng Mu, Shaoyin Arms, Shaoyang Incense, Taiyin Wet Soil, Yangming Dry Gold and Sun Cold Water.

Six Qi comes from the twenty-four solar terms, and its changes correspond to the changes of three Yin San Yang, and the changes of three Yin San Yang have certain changes in human body.

According to the circular motion theory of ancient Chinese medicine, combined with the weather changes of 24 solar terms and the operation law of six qi, we can find that there is a great relationship between the movement changes of three yang and yang qi.

Personally, I think the naming of Sanyang is mainly based on the underground content of Yangyang.

In the human body, it is determined by the content of yang in the human body.

To be discussed respectively are:

The first qi, Jueyin Feng Mu, mainly originated from the severe cold in the 24 solar terms, including severe cold, beginning of spring, rain and fright. In this season, the sun is underground. From the cold, the sun's spirit began to rise slowly from the ground, with a lot of sun under the ground and little on the ground, which also means that there is little shade under the ground. At this time, the underground yang began to rise, and a small amount of yang began to appear underground. Jueyin wind refers to the growth of wood hair, which represents the characteristics of yang in this season. It's rising, just like flowers and trees are beginning to give birth to life.

Second, less qi and less yin and less fire. The 24 solar terms mainly include vernal equinox, Qingming, Grain Rain and Long Summer. This season, the sun's spirit begins to rise above the ground. Below the ground, yang decreases and yin begins to increase, so it is called shaoyin. Less yin and less fire, that is to say, there is a small amount of yin underground. Above the ground, the sun rules the earth, with plenty of sunshine and warm weather, and it begins to slowly enter summer.

Three qi, shaoyang belongs to fire, and the 24 solar terms include Xiaoman, Mang, Summer Solstice and Xiaoshu. At this time, the sun on the ground further increases, and the underground sun qi also rises to the ground, leaving only a small amount of sun qi underground, which is called shaoyang. When the sun is less than the sun, the sun is less below the ground and reaches the ground. At the same time, the atmosphere is sunny and the weather is hot, so fire is also called fire.

Let me explain here that there are two kinds of yang, one is the sun's yang, and the other is the hidden yang under the ground. The name "Sanyang" mentioned here mainly refers to the Yang that is hidden underground and can give birth to life.

Four Qi, too wet and wet soil, and 24 solar terms include Dashu, beginning of autumn, Chushu and Bailu. At this time, all the yang is above the ground, and all the yin is below the ground, which is called Taiyin. Taiyin means a lot of yin.

Fire gets wet when it meets water.

It is hot when the sun shines on the ground. When the sun shines, there is water in the ground, which will get wet under fumigation, so it is called over-wet soil. The basement is particularly humid at this time.

Five Qi Yangming is dry and golden, and the 24 solar terms include autumnal equinox, cold dew, first frost and beginning of winter. At this time, the yang begins to decline. Whether it is human yang or atmospheric yang, it needs to go through the process of decline, that is, the process of ups and downs, in order to produce life. When the yang drops, it will combine with the underground water vapor to produce the essence of life. When the sun's spirit drops, the sun's spirit under the ground begins to increase, so it is called Yangming.

Yangming is dry and golden, and the weather begins to dry in autumn, which is the harvest season. At this time, everyone's spleen and stomach are better, and everyone needs to eat a lot to store energy for the winter.

Six qi, the sun is cold water. The 24 solar terms include light snow, heavy snow, winter solstice and slight cold. At this time of winter, the sun on the ground is hidden underground, where there is more sun and there is less sun on the ground. There is much sunshine under the ground, so it is called the sun. There is little sun on the ground, so it is called cold water. Yang is hidden in water, which is cold outside, and Yang is hidden in water.

Yin San Yang corresponds to the meridians of the human body.

The twelve meridians of human body includes:

The Taiyin lung meridian of the hand passes through Jin Xin, and the Yangming large intestine meridian of the hand is more stiff.

The bladder meridian of Foot Taiyang is stagnant water, and the kidney meridian of Foot Shaoyin is stagnant water.

Foot shaoyang gallbladder meridian A wood, foot Jueyin liver meridian B wood.

Hand shaoyin heart meridian Ding Huo, hand taiyang small intestine meridian c fire.

Fire in pericardium of hand jueyin, fire in triple energizer of hand shaoyang.

The stomach meridian of foot Yangming is in the soil, and the spleen meridian of foot Taiyin is in the soil.

It can be observed that the three Yin San Yang correspond to Taiyin Yangming, Taiyin Shaoyin and Shaoyang Jueyin respectively. Shaoyin guards the sun, Jueyin guards Shaoyang, and Yangming guards Taiyin.

The two meridians form a group, which is divided into yin and yang, and yin and yang form a circular movement.

These six groups of meridians correspond to Yangming dryness of gold, sun cold water, Jue Yin wind wood, Shao Yin opening fire, Shao Yang fire and Taiyin wet soil in the six qi, forming a whole circular movement.
