First, eat Ciba.

There is a custom of eating Ciba in some places in the south during the light snow festival. Ciba is a kind of food made by steaming and mashing glutinous rice, and it is a popular food in some areas of southern China. In ancient times, Ciba was a traditional festival sacrifice in the south of China, which was originally used by farmers to worship the cow god.

There is a saying that "in October, Ciba Shao" refers to sacrificial events. "Bai Shao" is a very vivid Hakka dialect. "Lu" means rolling like a cart wheel, that is, rolling glutinous rice balls with chopsticks, rolling back and forth, up and down, left and right, and sticking sesame seeds, peanuts and sugar on them like a cart wheel; "Burning" means steaming.
