Qi Jun 2022 exhaust temperature sensor failure.

1. Remove the wiring board of the sensor so that the probe of the voltmeter touches the connector at the sensor end. Let the engine warm up at idle speed, and the data of voltmeter should be greater than the reference value, then turn the adjusting screw of air flowmeter to the left to dilute the concentration of mixed gas, and then the voltmeter should be lower than the reference value. The oxygen sensor is damaged and should usually be replaced;

2. Unplug the wire harness plug of the sensor, remove the sensor, put the sensor in water for heating, and measure the resistance between the two terminals of the sensor at different temperatures. Compare the measured resistance value with the standard value, and replace it if it does not meet the standard;

3. Pull out the plug of the throttle position sensor harness and check the continuity between the terminals with a multimeter. When the throttle is in the idle position, the middle and upper terminals should be conductive. After the throttle is turned on, the upper and middle terminals should be disconnected. If the result is inconsistent with the above, it should be adjusted.
