When the throttle valve is fully open, the reading of the oil pressure gauge is the rapidly accelerating oil pressure of the fuel supply system. Generally, when the throttle accelerates rapidly, the oil pressure should rise rapidly from 0.25MPa at idle speed to 0.3MPa, or meet the technical requirements of the vehicle. When the injection pressure is too high or too low, the injector should be disassembled and cleaned, and the corresponding debugging and repair should be carried out.

If the injection pressure is adjusted too high or too low, it will lead to unstable operation of diesel engine, insufficient power and even early wear of combustion chamber and piston. Generally speaking, if the fuel injection pressure is adjusted too low, the atomization quality of fuel injection will be greatly reduced, the diesel consumption will increase, and the diesel engine will not be easy to start.
