In Zhao 'an, the common "fruits" are: fat fruit, sweet fruit, cauliflower fruit, cinnamon fruit, sweet fruit, orange fruit and nine-layer fruit. There are also some names that do not have the word "Guo" but belong to "Guo", such as: Dongyuan, Zongzi, Tuantuan and so on. Since the sweet potato (sweet potato) entered China in the Ming Dynasty, Zhao 'an has also made many "glutinous rice balls" made of sweet potato powder, such as powdered glutinous rice balls and grass glutinous rice balls. The highlight of the Dragon Boat Festival is undoubtedly zongzi and gardenia. There is also a saying among the people in Zhao 'an that eating cauliflower will not lead to "flying corpse". Every time I pray for peace or do good deeds, Zhao 'an people also give gifts to relatives and friends. It can be seen that the "country" has been deeply integrated into the lives of Zhao' an people and has become an indispensable existence.

Zhaoan proverbs and customs are clearly defined, refined and popular, with local cultural characteristics but rich cultural connotations. The number "embarrassment" often appears in proverbs and customs in Zhao 'an, with humorous words and profound meanings. "There is a guy worthy of worship" indicates a rich life. Zhao' an people use "thickness" to indicate that people are close and far away, and things have priorities. The meaning of "scalding half a dish" is similar to that of "scalding a bald head", which is specially used to describe one of young men and women's wishful thinking or unrequited love for the other. "A nest, a dock" means that the goods have occupied the position, that is, there is no room for metaphor. Zhao 'an people often use "single seal" to describe father and son (female) or mother and son (female) as two peas in a pod. You do things neatly, and Zhaoan people will praise you for "three beauties and two beauties". It is "embarrassing" if you don't know manners when dealing with people. "Work without work" means that you can't distinguish between priorities, but you do something unimportant when things are urgent. Elegance is not a compliment to anyone who is beautiful. The whole sentence is "a woman with a crooked mane is not elegant" How can a woman who can't even take care of her mane make a beautiful mane? "Elegance" is also superficial. If someone is hungry, Zhao 'an people will smile and say "Watch your mouth and eat raw food". Zhao' an people often laugh at themselves when they have to do something: "Make a sweet meal with strong twist." . If you meet a miser like Grandet, Zhao 'an people will jokingly say, "Beggars leave no glue." Many Zhao 'an proverbs related to "country" are very philosophical and worth reading carefully.

Anthropologist Clifford Geerts defines culture as: some concepts rooted in cultural learning and symbol. In daily life, people will choose some concrete things as a symbol to guide their behavior, convey their feelings and express their perception. "Zi" is a symbol for Zhao 'an people to express festivals, and a set of self-cultural interpretation system has been formed in this long-term assimilation process. From Guo, we can see how diet has become a cultural process, which contains the thinking logic, collective consciousness and social representation of Zhao 'an people. It is no exaggeration to say that the cultural context of Zhaoan people is looming in the "box"!
