How to clean the electronic throttle

First of all, the criteria for judging whether the electronic throttle needs cleaning should be combined to make a comprehensive judgment:

1. At the moment when the cold car caught fire, the engine speed was obviously lower than normal. For example, it used to be more than 1750, but now it is a little more than 1250 and less than 1500. Moreover, the carefree "whoops" that accompanied the upward stroke disappeared or became short and weak. This is the most important criterion.

Second, the engine only makes a roar when stepping on the accelerator, but the power output lags behind or drops. You must release the accelerator first, and then step on it to get satisfactory power. After a period of maintenance, the situation has eased, but the fuel consumption has increased.

Specific method of cleaning throttle valve without disassembly;

Close the vehicle with the throttle to be cleaned, and remove the air hose at the front end of the throttle; Take a bottle of power lion electronic throttle cleaner and a towel, install the nozzle of throttle cleaner, gently shake the box several times, and aim at the inner cavity of throttle body and the surface of throttle for jet cleaning; Push open the throttle valve by hand (only applicable to wire control mode I, and the potentiometer control mode must not be pushed by hand, which will cause the potentiometer to be inaccurate), spray and clean the end face and shaft of the throttle valve, and wipe off the residual detergent liquid with a towel; Start the engine, increase the engine speed to 1200 ~ 2000 rpm, and clean the throttle chamber and the bypass air inlet of the idle motor (pay attention to control the engine speed); Spray the remaining throttle cleaner on the throttle body and the return spring; Turn off the car and the engine; Restore the throttle connecting pipe to its original state, restart the engine, idle for 3~5min, and then quickly accelerate for 2~3 times, and control the speed at 3000r/min.
