How to set off the atmosphere of the Spring Festival?

The year of the rabbit is coming. Every Spring Festival, my hometown will hold many special activities before the Spring Festival to set off the festive atmosphere. Of course, except for the traditional hanging lanterns.

In my hometown, there are the following activities that let us feel the happiness and beauty of the Spring Festival. In my hometown, in the past, couplets posted on every door were not bought, but were basically written by everyone themselves and then exchanged.

Doing so can not only enhance the feelings between neighbors, but also make everyone better feel the festive atmosphere of the year before. In my hometown, this custom has lasted for decades.

This may also be directly related to the fact that most people in my hometown can write good calligraphy, but for my generation, it is a bit embarrassing, because we seldom pay attention to practicing calligraphy when we are studying, so we talk about the Spring Festival, an activity a year ago.

Our generation rarely gets involved. Even so, it is a pleasure to watch the elders at home write couplets with a brush. In my hometown, there was a special activity years ago, that is, many people would deliberately kill a pig years ago, put on several tables of whole pig banquets and then entertain their neighbors and their families.

When I was a child, it was a very happy thing for me to attend such a whole pig feast with my parents, because the material conditions were relatively scarce at that time, and I was able to enjoy pork so freely years ago, although everyone's conditions are better now.

But before, I could eat the whole pig feast every year, which also made me feel and really appreciate the joyful and festive atmosphere of the upcoming Spring Festival.
