It is also possible that the reason for the increase of clutch speed is that carbon deposits block the idle channel, which makes the idle speed control device stuck or beyond its adjustment range. If the throttle is stuck, it can't return because of too much carbon deposit, and the idle speed will also increase. Sometimes, after the throttle valve is cleaned, the idle speed of the oil collection clutch will increase, which is because the throttle shaft and the valve body seat are stuck.
