Personally, I think the length of the Spring Festival holiday is actually not enough.

First, there are actually only three legal holidays during the Spring Festival holiday.

There are only three statutory holidays in the Spring Festival holiday, and the remaining four days are seven days due to holiday adjustment. For some enterprises, only the three-day Spring Festival holiday will be given, not the seven-day Spring Festival holiday.

In fact, for many people, they basically didn't enjoy the seven-day Spring Festival holiday, at least for me, because most of me are in the hotel industry, and almost they only give me three days of legal holidays, and the rest of the time is usually saved from a single holiday, so I don't enjoy the seven-day holiday at all, so I think extending the holiday is a very good welfare for us.

Second, the seven-day Spring Festival holiday is aimed at weekend employees.

The Spring Festival holiday, mainly for employees of some companies who have a double holiday, is seven days, but for employees like us who have a single holiday or only three or four days a month, there is no seven-day holiday.

I think many people at work should be in the same situation as me. Few people can fully enjoy a seven-day paid holiday. Almost everyone will only enjoy a three-day or five-day holiday, and basically will not enjoy a seven-day holiday, so I think the Spring Festival holiday is really not long. For us who only go home once a year, drinking for five days in three days is not enough to reunite with our families.

Third, family reunion during the Spring Festival, but only for two or three days.

The duration of the Spring Festival holiday is seven days, but apart from the time we have to walk home, the time we spend together at home is almost only three days, which is very short.

Seven days is still for employees with weekends. If employees only have five days off, and employees who can only take three or four days off a month only have three days off, how can they get together for one day, only once a year and only one day at a time?
