The structure of this machine is divided into four parts: bottle washing part, filling part, programmable control part and pneumatic control part.

1, bottle washing section

The bottle washing part consists of a bottle washing transmission mechanism, a bottle rack, a medicine bottle washing pump, a medicine water tank, a pure water washing bottle, a filling water pump and a bottle washing transmission cylinder.

2. Filling part

The filling part consists of a bottle pushing cylinder, a bottle pushing mechanism, a bottle discharging raceway, a filling valve, a cap arranging motor, a cap arranging mechanism, a cap pressing mechanism and the like.

3. Electrical part

The electrical part consists of programmable controller, AC contactor and time relay.

4. Pneumatic components

The pneumatic part consists of cylinder, pneumatic solenoid valve and pneumatic control electric cabinet.

Fourth, the working principle

This machine is controlled automatically by program, and its working process is as follows:

1, wash the bottle

C.( 120- 150 barrels/hour) The bottle washing goes through five stations: the first station and the second station are all cleaned and disinfected with chlorine dioxide (chlorine dioxide solution), the third station is a clean washing station, the fourth station is a pure washing station, and the fifth station is a drainage station.

D, (200-240 barrels per hour) bottle washing passes through four stations: the first station and the second station are all cleaned and disinfected with chlorine dioxide (CIO2 solution), the third station is a pure washing station, and the fourth station is a drainage station.

2. Filler

The cleaned bottle is transported by the bottle washing transmission mechanism and falls on the bottle pushing frame. The movement of the bottle pushing cylinder pushes the empty bottle to the filling position, and the filling nozzle is aimed at the water bottle. The filling solenoid valve works to start filling, and the filling time can be adjusted by the user as required.

3. Cover and gland

After filling, the filled bottle is sent to the capping mechanism by the next filling bottle, and the capped bottle is sent to the capping mechanism, and the capping cylinder compresses the cap. At this point, a cycle of washing barrels, filling and capping is completed.
