How to fill a liquefied gas bottle?
1, method:
1) Turn off the main switch of the old tank and tighten it clockwise to prevent air leakage.
2) Unscrew the rubber pipe joint of the old oil tank clockwise and take it off. Pay attention to the clockwise direction.
3) Screw the rubber pipe joint counterclockwise into the joint of the new oil tank. When tightening, the joints should be flush and level. There are many threads here, which may be difficult to align. Pay attention to the connector and don't worry about the pressure reducing valve next to the connector. If it can't be screwed after only a few turns, it won't be tightened, but it won't be centered. It will be tightened again until it is tightened.
2. Related content: The pressure of liquefied gas is 0.8 MPa at 20 degrees Celsius, and it can reach 1.59 MPa at 40 degrees Celsius. If the volume of liquefied gas is constant, the pressure will increase by 0.04 MPa every time the temperature rises 1 degree Celsius, so each cylinder can only hold 85%, that is, 14.5 kg. Don't heat the cylinder with warm water when it is empty, otherwise it will cause physical explosion. Therefore, liquefied gas tanks must be produced or used by qualified manufacturers, and care must be taken when using liquefied gas.
