The custom of light snow solar terms

The customs of Xiaoxue solar terms include drying dried fish, drinking soup, curing meat and eating Ciba. Drying dried fish is a unique custom in Taiwan Province Province. There is a saying in Taiwan Province Province: October beans are too fat to see. Before and after the light snow, fishermen in the seaside of south-central Taiwan Province Province will start drying dried fish and store dry food, such as mullet, swordfish and sand fish.
