Information about Spring and Summer English Handwritten Newspaper

First, spring.

One of the four seasons. As far as solar terms are concerned, spring begins in the beginning of spring (February 2-5) and ends in the long summer (May 5-7). In Europe and America, spring begins at the vernal equinox in China and ends at the summer solstice. In Ireland, February to April is designated as spring.

In spring, the northern hemisphere of the earth began to tilt towards the sun, receiving more and more direct sunlight, so the temperature began to rise. As the ice and snow melt, the water level of the river rises. In spring, plants begin to sprout and grow, and many flowers bloom. Hibernating animals wake up, many animals with eggs for the winter hatch, and birds begin to migrate, leaving the wintering ground for breeding grounds. Many animals are in estrus during this period, so China also calls spring the season of "the revival of everything". The changes of temperature and biology in spring also affect people's psychology and physiology.

Spring is the first season in a year, and there are many ways to divide the four seasons. In daily life, people usually regard the arrival of beginning of spring solar terms as beginning of spring, and beginning of spring is defined from the perspective of astronomy. Meteorological departments generally divide the solar calendar into four seasons, and March-May is spring. However, this division method has a disadvantage. According to this method, March belongs to spring in China. At this time, although the Yangtze River basin is pink and green, and the spring is full, Heilongjiang Province is still ice and snow, and Hainan Island has already had the breath of summer.

Therefore, meteorologists have formulated a standard for the division of four seasons that conforms to the natural scene as much as possible. Taking the five-day average temperature as the standard, it enters spring when the five-day average temperature passes 10℃ after winter, and when the temperature is higher than 22℃, it means late spring and early summer.

Second, winter.

Winter is one of the four seasons, between autumn and spring. Astronomically speaking, it was from February to March in 65438. China used to refer to the three months from beginning of winter to beginning of spring, and also referred to the "October, November (winter) and December (wax) months" of the lunar calendar. The time in the northern and southern hemispheres is different. According to the meteorological significance, in the temperate and cold regions of the southern hemisphere, winter is in June, July and August (or May 2 1 to August 22 according to the constellation standard), in the temperate and cold regions of the northern hemisphere, winter is in the solar terms of 12, 1 and February (or according to the constellation standard/kloc-0) Westerners generally call winter the solstice and spring the winter. From the climatological point of view, it is winter when the average temperature is lower than 10℃ for five consecutive days.

In many areas, winter means silence and desolation. When the cold current strikes, living things will reduce their life activities, many plants will shed leaves, animals will choose to hibernate, and some are called hibernation. Migratory birds will fly to warmer places for the winter.

There are six solar terms in winter, which are actually three periods and three qi: beginning of winter, light snow, heavy snow, winter solstice, slight cold and severe cold.

In the northern or southern hemisphere, winter is the coldest season, and even the temperature in temperate zone may drop below 0℃.

In winter, there will be snowfall in many places, and the snow and ice in most parts of the north will not melt until spring.

In winter, the direct point of the sun moves south (north) to the Tropic of Cancer (or Tropic of Cancer) and then turns back north (south).
