What are the characteristics of DNC series standard cylinders?

Standard cylinders are widely used and easy to manufacture, among which SC cylinder is a famous one, and there is another widely used standard cylinder-DNC cylinder. DNC and SC are both standard cylinders, and the difference lies in the different manufacturing standards. DNC belongs to ISO643 1 international standard, while SC is the standard of Taiwan Province province. DNC is thicker, while SC is thinner and lighter, with slightly different installation dimensions, but they have the same function, and the quality of DNC is slightly better than that of SC.

DNC standard cylinder is aluminum alloy double-acting cylinder, with air as medium, using pressure of 0. 1~0.9MPa and working temperature of -5~70℃. Cylinder diameters are φ32, φ40, φ50, φ63, φ80, φ 100, φ 125, φ 160, and the standard stroke is 25 ~1000 mm.

DNC series cylinders adopt international standards, which has obvious advantages: (1) Its design and structure are more modern, and compared with ordinary standard cylinders, it saves installation space, thus making the system structure more compact; (2) The range of installation accessories is wide, and the cylinder can be installed in almost any position; (3) There are many derivative models, which can provide suitable DNC cylinders for various applications.
