Excessive "fire" when the five elements are out of balance is called "excessive fire", so the "fire" in the five elements corresponds to the "heart" of the human body, so "fire is born in the heart". Too much fire will leak with the passage. Going up will lead to bronchitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, gingivitis, stomatitis, oral ulcers and blistering lips. It will lead to enteritis, constipation, hemorrhoids and other problems.
