What is the working principle of automobile condenser?
When the refrigerant enters the evaporator, the pressure decreases, changing from high-pressure gas to low-pressure gas. This process absorbs heat, so the surface temperature of the evaporator is very low, and then cold air can be blown out by the fan. The cold L condenser cools the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant from the compressor into high-pressure and low-temperature. Then vaporized by capillary tube and evaporated in evaporator.
Functions of automobile condenser:
Automobile condenser cools and liquefies the high-pressure and high-temperature refrigerant (gaseous refrigerant) sent by compressor. The condenser will release the heat gained by the refrigerant when the air passes through the evaporator, which is completed by the airflow generated by the vehicle and the cooling fan.
Classification and function of automobile condenser;
According to different types of cooling media, condensers can be divided into four categories:
(1) Evaporation-condensation type: In this type of condenser, the refrigerant vapor on the other side of the heat transfer partition wall is cooled by the cold effect generated by refrigerant evaporation in another refrigeration system, and the latter is condensed and liquefied. For example, the evaporator-condenser in a cascade refrigerator is.
(2) Air cooling (also called air cooling): In this condenser, the heat released by the refrigerant is taken away by the air. Air can be natural convection or forced flow by fans. This condenser is used for freon refrigeration equipment in places where water supply is inconvenient or difficult.
(3) Water-cooled type: In this type of condenser, the heat released by the refrigerant is taken away by the cooling water. Cooling water can be used once or recycled. According to the different structural forms, water-cooled condensers can be divided into vertical shell-and-tube type, horizontal shell-and-tube type and sleeve type.
(4) Water-air cooling type: In this condenser, the refrigerant is cooled by both water and air, but mainly depends on the evaporation of cooling water on the surface of the heat transfer tube, and a large amount of heat is absorbed from the refrigerant side as the latent heat of water evaporation. The main function of air is to take away water vapor and accelerate the evaporation of water. Therefore, the water consumption of this kind of condenser is very small, and it is the first choice for areas with dry air, low water quality and water temperature and insufficient water. This kind of condenser can be divided into evaporation type and spray type according to its different structural types.
