Regardless of whether it is manual or automatic, disconnect the battery before removing the throttle of Emgrand gl, that is, remove the negative terminal. If there is a warm water pipe in and out, if the water pipe is extremely blocked after being removed, check whether the coolant is missing and make it up in time after being removed. 1. Remove the throttle cable (throttle cable) of Emgrand gl. 2. Remove the intake manifold from the throttle of Emgrand gl. 3. Disconnect the throttle position sensor harness. 4. Disconnect the harness of the idle motor. 5. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation hose. 6. Remove the Emgrand gl throttle body to preheat the intake and exhaust pipes. 7. Remove the four fixing bolts. 8. Remove the fixing bracket bolt. After completing the above steps, the entire throttle body of Emgrand gl can be removed. Gl throttle matching mode: 1. Turn the key to the power gear first, and never start the car, that is, turn it off. 2. After standing for about 10 second, quickly step on the accelerator pedal to the end. Be sure to step on it quickly. Hold 15 second, and then quickly lift the pedal. 3. Then close the key door, take out the key and let it stand for about 15 seconds. 4.
