What festival is the 19th day of the first lunar month?

In northern Henan, the 19th day of the first month is Tiancang Festival. On this night, we will eat jiaozi and set off firecrackers. Then the children will use small oil lamps carved from white radish to congratulate the newly married people and say some auspicious words, which means adding a child to add happiness. The people they visit will also be happy to add some oil to the small lamp. When I was a child, this festival was very happy. From time to time, I watched the children carefully holding oil lamps on the road, cheering from door to door, and sometimes my clothes were stained with oil and I was scolded by my family. I miss that time now.
