As follows:

1. Open the picture, then click the rectangle box selection tool, select your own picture and draw a rectangle.

Set the strokes as hard brushes, and adjust the size and spacing.

2. Then create a new layer, turn the selection into a path, click the Pen Tool, and right-click Path-Stroke Path-Brush. You can then press Ctrl+H to hide the path for later use.

3. Then press the Ctrl key and click the layer 1 to create a selection. Click the background (unlock first) to delete.

4. Press Ctrl+H to display the path, then press Ctrl+Enter to change to selection, press Alt+I, and then press P to crop.

The edge of the sawtooth is the distance between brushes, and the size can be adjusted by itself.
