P0 1 13 fault code refers to the fault of automobile air intake system.

There are two maintenance methods, one is to clean the throttle and the other is to replace the temperature sensor.

First of all, talk about the temperature sensor. The function of the air temperature sensor is to send the intake temperature of the engine to the electronic control unit in the form of voltage signal, that is, to transmit the information to the trip computer, which will correct a reference value of fuel injection.

If the ECU detects that the signal voltage of the air temperature sensor is higher than the set maximum value, this fault code will appear.

The main function of the automobile air intake system is to deliver clean, dry, sufficient and stable air to the engine, so as to ensure that the engine keeps the best running state, and at the same time, it can also prevent impurities or dust particles in the outside air from entering the engine, causing abnormal wear and tear of the engine.
