How to adjust the car airbag seat

The button of the seat height is connected with the control valve, and the height of the seat can be adjusted by inflating and deflating the airbag. Adjusting the damping of the seat can change the damping and soft and hard changes of the seat, and then adjust the front and rear position of the lower seat.

At present, the adjustment of automobile seat height usually adopts electromechanical integration and pneumatic control, and the adjustment of seat height requires pneumatic control valve. Through this control valve, passengers can conveniently use the air pump to inflate or deflate the airbag to adjust the seat according to their own weight and seat hardness preferences, which can meet the riding experience of different people.

The control valve with this structure has the disadvantages of poor gas storage and pressure maintenance functions. When the driver is overweight or bumps up and down, the gas in the airbag is easy to leak, and the seat height also changes and decreases, which seriously affects the driving comfort and the stability of the seat height. The air intake assembly comprises an air intake piston, an air intake push rod and a return spring. The top of the air intake piston is provided with an air intake push rod, the bottom of the air intake piston is provided with a return spring, and the bottom of the spring is connected with an air intake connector inserted into the air intake channel.

The top of the intake piston is an outer frustum with an outer conical surface. The conical surface is pressed against the valve conical surface arranged in the intake passage by the return spring. The external force pushes the push rod to overcome the spring force of the return spring, the air intake piston opens, and the gas enters the air intake passage from the external air source, flows through the connecting passage, enters the exhaust passage, and starts to inflate the airbag through the inflation joint.
