Toyota Lei Ling 1.2t Throttle Position
The throttle valve of Toyota Lei Ling 1.2t is located at the air intake of the engine, and the throttle valve is the most important component in the engine system of the EFI automobile. Its upper part is the air filter, and its lower part is the engine cylinder block, which is the throat of the automobile engine and connects the air filter and the cylinder block. There are two kinds of throttles: traditional cable throttle and electronic throttle. The traditional engine throttle control mechanism works by pulling a cable (soft steel wire) or a pull rod. One end of the cable is connected with the accelerator pedal, and the other end is connected with the accelerator linkage plate.
Introduction of throttle valve
The electronic throttle mainly controls the opening of the throttle according to the energy required by the engine through the throttle position sensor, so as to adjust the air intake. The throttle valve is connected to the air filter element once, and the throttle valve can be found along the air pipeline.
Remove the fixing screw of the throttle, remove the throttle seat, pull the throttle by hand to make it fully open, spray the throttle cleaner on the cotton cloth, and wipe the dirty part of the throttle until it is clean. Just buy accelerator cleaner in advance.
