Working principle of pedal carburetor
2. The function of carburetor is to atomize gasoline and mix it with air to form combustible mixture, and then send it to each cylinder. When gasoline is pumped by gasoline, such as the float chamber in a carburetor, there is an empty space in the float chamber, which can form a (vacuum) pressure difference with the nozzle through the external gas pressure, and directly spray the oil into the roar tube to become oil drops and mix with the air passing through the air filter at the upper part of the roar tube. Carburetors are divided into five systems: main fuel supply, idle speed, concentration, acceleration and start-up, with complex structure.
Carburetor is a mechanical device that mixes a certain proportion of gasoline with air under the vacuum generated by engine work. As a precise mechanical device, carburetor uses the kinetic energy of inhaled airflow to atomize gasoline. Its important role in the engine can be called the "heart" of the engine. Its complete device should include starting device, idling device, medium load device, full load device and acceleration device.
