How to clean the automobile air intake system? What are the precautions when cleaning?

1. Start the engine to normal operating temperature, turn off the engine and open the engine compartment cover.

2. Disconnect the throttle and intake pipe.

3. Add the cleaning agent of the air intake system to the single-cylinder bottle hanging equipment and tighten the bottle cap of the equipment.

4. Adjust the pressure of single-cylinder bottle hanging equipment to 4-6kg.

5. Turn off the equipment switch, find a suitable position at the entrance of the throttle valve, and install the equipment atomizing nozzle.

6. Turn on the output switch of the equipment and start cleaning.

7. Slowly accelerate to about 2,500-3,000 revolutions for three to five times, so that the air inlet generates a strong negative pressure phenomenon, and all the residual cleaning liquid, cleaned oil stains and carbon deposits are decomposed and taken away.

8. Turn off the engine, remove the equipment and atomizing nozzle, reconnect the intake pipe and close the hood.
