Technical characteristics of Dongfeng 4E diesel locomotive
Dongfeng 4E locomotive is based on Dongfeng 4B, and its basic structure and parts are the same as Dongfeng 4B, which is convenient for use and maintenance by operating departments. The locomotives adopt all-steel welded frame-type side wall bearing structure, and each locomotive is provided with a cab, an electrical room, a power room and a cooling room. Install 16 cylinder, four-stroke and 16V240ZJB exhaust gas turbocharged direct injection diesel engine manufactured by Sifang Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works. Compared with the same type diesel engine produced by Dalian Locomotive and Rolling Stock Factory, the diesel engine block of Sifang Machinery Factory adopts high-strength ductile iron as a whole, and the crankshaft adopts alloy steel as a whole, instead of the cast-welded combined structure block that Dalian Factory has always adopted, which eliminates the hidden danger of plate cracking caused by welding fatigue and improves the reliability and durability of the diesel engine.
The locomotive is driven by AC DC, and the diesel engine directly drives a TQFR-3000B three-phase AC synchronous generator to generate electricity. After rectification by the silicon rectifier unit, it is supplied to six ZD- 109A four-pole series-excited DC traction motors manufactured by Yongji Motor, and the wheelsets are driven by traction gears. The axle type of the locomotive is 2×(Co-Co), and the running parts are exactly the same as those of Dongfeng 4B locomotive. The first system uses the axle box circular spring suspension with hydraulic shock absorber, and the second system uses rubber pile suspension. The traction motor adopts shaft suspension (sliding bearing semi-suspension).
Dongfeng 4E locomotive is equipped with "simplified reconnection device for electric diesel locomotive" developed by Dalian Diesel Locomotive Research Institute. The electrical and air connection between the two locomotives is provided by a set of reconnected electrical hoses and four reconnected air hoses. The reconnection control system adopts single chip microcomputer technology and serial communication function. The control system composed of Intel 8098 single chip microcomputer through extended interface can realize synchronous commutation, synchronous traction, synchronous speed regulation of diesel engine, synchronous resistance braking and other functions.
