The causes and solutions of diesel engine noise are as follows: 1. The most common causes of car bumps caused by serious carbon deposition in the engine are that the throttle valve is too dirty and the fuel injector has too much carbon deposition. 2. When there is too much carbon deposit in the engine, the gasoline sprayed from the cold start nozzle is absorbed by a large amount of carbon deposit, and the cold start mixture is too thin, making it difficult to start; In this case, it is not easy to take the bus before the gasoline absorbed by carbon deposits is saturated. After getting on the bus, the carbon-deposited gasoline is sucked into the cylinder by the vacuum suction of the engine to burn, which makes the mixture rich. The engine combustible mixture becomes thin or thick, and the idling jitter occurs after cold start. The lower the temperature, the more oil is needed for cold start, and the existence of carbon will affect the success or failure of cold start. Solution: clean the oil circuit and check whether there is carbon deposit in the idle motor; 3. Check the working conditions of spark plugs, high-voltage leads and ignition coils with ignition system problems. If the ignition system is not working well and the spark plug is not in good condition, this fault phenomenon will be caused. Solution: check whether there is too much carbon deposit in the spark plug and replace the spark plug; 4. Even if the engine with unstable hydraulic pressure is cleaned, the throttle valve is cleaned, the oil pad is replaced, and the spark plug is removed, if the body shakes at idle speed, it is recommended to go to the 4S shop to check whether the fuel supply pressure and intake pressure sensors are normal. If the oil supply pressure of the oil pump is abnormal, or the numerical error and action of the intake pressure sensor are bad, the car body will shake.
