In this paper, the regulating effect of land-sea thermal circulation on temperature and humidity in coastal areas (such as Fuzhou) is analyzed.

During the day, when the ground is heated, the temperature rises faster than the sea surface, and the atmospheric expansion rises from the ground, forming a low pressure near the ground, while forming a high pressure at high altitude, and the temperature of seawater is lower than that of land, thus forming a pressure difference between the ground surface and the high altitude, promoting the horizontal movement of the atmosphere and forming a wind facing the land from the sea. At night, on the contrary, the temperature drop of sea water is smaller than that of land, and the atmospheric expansion is blown to land by the horizontal movement of sea surface rising, and the wind blows from land to sea.

The macroscopic influence on temperature is that it is too cold in winter and not too hot in summer. The typical maritime climate makes the air moist, because there is sea wind blowing to the land.
