What disease is pulmonary nodule?

Pulmonary sarcoidosis is a granulomatous disease involving the lungs of sarcoidosis. Therefore, the diagnosis of pulmonary sarcoidosis needs to exclude granulomatous diseases, such as tuberculosis, atypical mycosis, fungal infection, brucellosis, beryllium disease and so on. The clinical manifestations are cough, expectoration, chest pain, wheezing and dyspnea. At present, glucocorticoid is considered as the first choice for treatment, followed by immunosuppressants. However, in recent years, it has been reported that asymptomatic pulmonary sarcoidosis can be closely observed without hormone treatment for the time being, and many patients can heal themselves. Pulmonary sarcoidosis has a good prognosis.
