How to clean up the carbon deposit of Shenbao D20

Carbon deposition is easy to occur in combustion chamber, intake valve, fuel nozzle, throttle valve, spark plug and other parts. Serious carbon deposition will affect the engine idling instability, insufficient power, poor acceleration, poor cold start, high fuel consumption, and sometimes accompanied by intake manifold slapping.

At present, there are only two ways to remove carbon deposits in repair shops. One is to use the disassembly-free cleaning method when the carbon deposition is not serious, and clean by adding special cleaning agent liquid. Second, if the carbon deposition is serious, the valve and cylinder block should be cleaned by uncovering the cylinder head.

One is to drive by yourself and take some preventive and remedial measures to minimize carbon deposition.

2. Cultivate good driving habits and shift gears by hand over 2000 rpm;

3. Raise the speed at regular intervals, so that the engine can run at high speed to remove slight carbon deposit.
