How to cook prawns with salt?

Salted shrimps can be boiled in cold water, especially live shrimps. Do not use too much water. Just put 100g water in one catty of shrimp. The water won't dry properly when the shrimp is cooked.

Boiled shrimp water will be fully cooked within 6 minutes after boiling. Be careful to cover it and don't open it.
