How to adjust the throttle tightness of vespa?

There is a certain knowledge about the adjustment of the throttle line, and it can be adjusted to the throttle knob without limit.

The functions of the two throttle pipes are different. The next one is to tighten the throttle, and the last one is to tighten the throttle. First, adjust the cable below, stop the throttle knob at the position of 0, touch the steel wire by hand and screw out the plastic sleeve. Then, I feel that the steel wire is tightened a little. Turn the throttle slightly, and the throttle of the carburetor will move, which is about1mm.

After this operation, adjust the upper steel wire, and adjust the throttle at the full open position, so that the steel wire has a margin of about 1mm, and the adjustment is completed. Try to fully open and zero the two wire ropes several times. After adjustment, the throttle is no longer loose, and the throttle response is arbitrary.
