What is the cause of carbon deposition in throttle?

The reason of carbon deposition in throttle valve is that the temperature of engine oil rises and some engine oil vapor is produced. When there is oil vapor in the throttle valve, it is easy to attach dust, but the air filter element can not completely filter all the dust, and a small amount of dust will pass through the throttle valve, which will form carbon deposits over time. Hazards of Throttle Carbon Deposition: Mild or moderate carbon deposition has little influence on daily driving, but has great influence on idle working conditions. When idling, the throttle opening is very small, and carbon deposition will further reduce the intake air at idling, resulting in unstable engine operation and even flameout. In addition, failures such as decreased power, increased fuel consumption, weak automobile driving and increased emission of exhaust pollutants may lead to valve combustion, premature combustion, cylinder explosion or even scrapping in serious cases. Solution to carbon deposit: Disassemble the throttle assembly, prepare a clean cloth and a bottle of oil cleaner, spray the oil cleaner on the cloth and slowly wipe off the carbon deposit. When encountering stubborn carbon deposit, remember not to rub it with hard objects, because once it is damaged, it can't be repaired. It can be wiped several times with cleaning agent and then reassembled.
