When will the green tea seeds be picked and sown?
The time for picking tea leaves can only be within 7- 10 days before and after Tomb-Sweeping Day, and it is also stipulated that tea leaves cannot be picked in nine situations, namely, rainy days, windy and frosty days, insect injuries, thinness, bending, hollowness, open tea buds, purple tea buds, inappropriate sizes and so on.
In the process of picking, in order to prevent fresh leaves from deteriorating, attention should be paid to:
① Keep the bud leaves intact when picking, and don't pinch or press them tightly when putting them into the tea basket, so as to avoid the bud leaves breaking and the leaf temperature rising;
(2) Fresh leaves should be placed in the shade, harvested in time, and transported to the tea factory at least once every day at noon and evening;
(3) The green container should be clean, breathable and free of peculiar smell;
(4) Don't weigh the fresh leaves during transportation and stacking.
Sowing time: the southern region 165438+ can be sowed from the end of 10 to March of the following year, while the northern region should be sowed in the middle and late March due to the frozen soil, generally not until the middle of April.
