Stepping on the accelerator is not to control the fuel injection quantity, but to control the air intake quantity through the opening of the accelerator, and the on-board computer controls the fuel injection quantity through the air intake quantity. Therefore, if the vehicle does not respond or shake when stepping on the accelerator pedal, it is likely that there is something wrong with the accelerator of the vehicle, such as the valve sticking and the accelerator position sensor failure.

What if there is no response when stepping on the gas pedal?

1. Immediately step on the clutch and put the gear lever in the empty position, which means that the engine will dry the throttle there and the power will not be transmitted to the wheels. Then we can slowly pull over as usual, turn off the engine and check the accelerator pedal. If it's not a foreign object or a foot pad stuck, but the throttle itself is stagnant, then don't open it again.
